Projects / Research

The Daily Brew – Caffeine and Workplace Outcomes (Bachelor's Thesis 2025). Conducted a systematic review of studies on caffeine’s effects on cognition, mood, sleep, and stress at work. Identified factors influencing positive and negative outcomes and developed recommendations for strategic consumption.
Ongoing Meta-Analysis on Caffeine and Workplace Performance. Analyzing empirical studies to quantify caffeine’s impact on workplace performance and well-being.

SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am fascinated by how the brain shapes human emotion, perception, and decision-making. I am particularly interested in the processes and transmitters that underlie emotions and social behavior. I also am drawn to philosophical questions, such as the nature of consciousness, and whether neuroscience can one day provide answers to questions that may now seem beyond empirical investigation. My goal is to contribute to research that enhances our understanding of the biological basis of human interaction and the nature of consciousness itself.
